Each game is 24 minutes straight time with 2 minutes shifts. The clock will stop for line changes
All games will be played 4 on 4, plus an additional player in the net
Only the ringette line will be used for passing
The game will start with a goalie ring
All game stoppages result in a goalie ring (goals, crease violations, and ringette line violations). The attacking team must leave the zone while the goalie throws the ring.
5 minutes to change ends, 5 mins to change teams.
