Deadline is Monday, April 14 for submission for Ringette PEI's annual ADL awards.
Take a few minutes today to nominate a coach, official, volunteer team and player of the year!
Nominations are now open for Ringette PEI's annual ADL Awards. Nominations are being accepted for the following awards:
Nomination forms must be completed in full to be considered by the awards committee. Any member of the Ringette PEI family can submit a nomination. Forms can be found by clicking the links above.
Nominations are due by April 14th, 2014. They can be forwarded to the Marketing & Awards chair at ashleyyorston@gmail.com
Once all nominations are received, the awards committee will select 3 finalists, who will be announced prior to the AGM and Awards Ceremony. The winners will be announced at the ceremony.
Remember when filling out the nomination form that the committee members may not know the person you are nominating. The more detail you include, the more likely the nomination will be successful. Don't just submit a name; explain why the person deserves to win. The nomination forms contain criteria to help direct your comments. If you have any questions, please contact the provincial office.
